Our covers are designed for easy handling, high insulation value and long service life – and can be customized with openings for pipes, valves, connectors and other components.

Materials and insulation values

Multi-layer insulation construction

FabriQ insulation covers consist of multiple layers, including technical textile (sailcloth) and thermal insulation, for optimal performance and durability.

• U-values ​​down to 0.62 W/m²K – or lower on request

• Insulation material: Flame retardant polyester wool

  • Fire class: B, s2-d0 (EN 13501-1) and B1 (DIN 4102)

  • Lambda value: 0.040 W/mK (DIN 52612)

High temperature insulation with low emissivity

If necessary, we can supply covers in non-combustible materials with an aluminum layer, which provides extra heat protection and very low emissivity (<0.10).
