Our most popular tunnel model is ideal for widths up to 4 meters, and is often used for sports halls, schools, industry and temporary roofs. The tunnel is built on a solid construction with 43×35 mm extruded aluminum arches, which makes it easy for the customer to replace the canvas panels themselves – quickly and without special tools.

The tunnel is manufactured to measure and can be connected lengthwise using arch-to-arch connectors. Multiple adaptations and wheel options make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

• Standard height: 2.30 meters

• Length: Up to 16.52 m per module (can be extended with connection plates)

• Arch widths: 1.50 / 2.00 / 2.50 / 3.00 / 3.50 / 4.00 m

Components:

• Frame: Extruded aluminum (pivot point for scissors)

• Blade: 50 × 13.5 mm aluminum profile - with points at the ends

• Scissors: Double-lipped joint system

• Tensioners: Lacquered iron – keeps the canvas taut (placed at one end)

• Strips: Nylon – controls the movement of the scissors

• Fasteners: Metal brackets for wall mounting

• Wheel types:
  – Nylon wheels: Standard, for smooth indoor surfaces
  – Rubber wheels: Better grip – for indoor use
  – Pneumatic wheels: For outdoor use on grass, gravel, etc.

• Handle: Aluminum – located in the front of the tunnel

• Closure strap: Nylon with Velcro on both ends
