Ideal solution for towing trucks and heavy vehicles
Our air-filled lifting pads operate at low pressure (approx. 0.5 bar / 7.25 psi) and have a large contact surface, which minimizes the risk of damage to the vehicle during righting. In many cases, a loaded trailer can be righted without the need for a crane , and in other cases the pads act as an effective supplement to crane equipment – saving both time and resources .
Complete lifting kit – up to 68 tons capacity
Our standard lifting kit includes eight specially designed lifting pads in various sizes and shapes:

Starter pad : Extremely low profile (only 3 cm) and lightweight – ideal for quick and easy placement.

Trapezoid cushion : Sloping design that follows the body shape and prevents slipping.

Middle pad : Lower height for better stability, perfect when lifting tanker trucks.

Giant cushion : Extra large cushion for lifting when there is plenty of space under the vehicle.
Total lifting capacity: up to 68 tons .
Efficient blower with full control
The system includes a powerful blower (10 hp) mounted in a mobile frame, complete with:

Distributor block with 8 outlets , pressure gauges and double ball valves per outlet.

Individual control over filling and emptying of each cushion – even during operation.

High-quality hose equipment : UV-resistant, weather-resistant and anti-static – safe even near tankers and flammable substances.
