Inflatable compact flex plugs

Compact inflatable plugs and flexible pipe valves – supplied by FabriQ

In situations with limited access to pipes or shafts that need to be sealed, FabriQ Innovation AS – in collaboration with Buitink Technology – offers specially developed compact inflatable flex plugs .

These plugs are made from high-tech stretch material which makes them extremely compact when rolled or folded. A plug with a 200mm diameter in operation can be inserted through openings as small as 70mm – ideal in tight installation environments and retrofit situations.

Flexible inflatable tubes and valves

We also produce inflatable tubes that can be used as valves or temporary shut-offs. These can be customized in any size and supplied with the desired type of air connection – from industrial compressed air connection to simple bicycle valve , as shown in the pictures (ref. pictures 5, 6 and 7).

Thanks to the bicycle valve solution, the tubes can be filled with air anywhere , without the need for special equipment – ​​perfect for field use and service missions.
